Bread of The Week - Vienna Bread

Sorry for being a bit late on this post, but we had done it - then it deleted itself somehow.

But - Vienna bread! It was made in, you guessed it, Vienna!

Some people think that Vienna bread is actually a baguette in disguise, although it isn't.

It might have inspired that particular French baker to make the baguette, and their recipes are quite similar, but contrary to popular belief they are different types of bread.
